Find your sweet spot in the green oasis in Graz! Yoga here is creative and therapeutic, powerful and balancing, yin and yang, and everything in between. This wonderful studio integrates Vinyasa and Katonah yoga, HIIT sequences, functional movement, rituals, yin and restorative yoga and the occasional spontaneous dance session. Always with a different focus, depending on what inspires them at the moment and what is on their minds.
